Working principle of anti-fog film
NUOLIANG The anti-fog film efficiently converts electrical energy into heat energy and transfers it directly to the mirror surface, raising its temperature. It maintains a constant temperature and effectively prevents water vapor from condensing on the mirror's surface, thus preventing fogging.
Technical parameters
Operating voltage: 12V-240V, 110V/60Hz, 220V-240V/50Hz; all can be customized.
Heating: Standard temperature rise is around 13℃; custom orders are available from 8-35℃.
Input power: 1.6-3.5W/dm2 can be customized.
Adhesion strength: 0.6/cm2
Anti-fog film performance characteristics
Slim and lightweight design: Only 0.4mm thick, facilitating heat conduction and providing excellent tensile strength. Explosion-proof function.
Super energy-saving: Maintains a constant temperature after power-on, effectively saving energy.
High safety: Utilizes imported high-quality environmentally friendly materials, ensuring high-strength insulation and preventing leakage in humid working environments.
Multiple styles:NUOLIANG The heating area of the anti-fog film can be made into various shapes such as rectangle, oval, circle, and fan to meet design requirements.
Easy to install:NUOLIANG The anti-fog film features a fully adhesive surface design, making the combination of the film and lens simpler and easier to install.
NUOLIANG anti-fog film specifications and power consumption
NUOLIANG Company offers three series of standard anti-fog lenses (anti-fog films) in different specifications, and also provides custom-made products upon request. NUOLIANG Anti-Fog Film Installation: Installing NUOLIANG anti-fog film is very simple. You only need a scraper or a towel. Place the anti-fog film in the appropriate position on the back of the lens, mark it, and have two people pull it flat. Slowly pull down the protective paper of the anti-fog film and apply it from one end to the lens to create an anti-fog lens. If the selected anti-fog film size is the same as the lens size, such as round or oval, you can cut off the excess with a blade after applying the anti-fog film. Note: Do not cut the heating wire.
Precautions
1. Before installing anti-fog lenses, always check that the anti-fog film is intact. Do not install if damaged.
2. If you have a multimeter, set it to the resistance setting to test the inner wire of the power cord. A fluctuating pointer or a positive digital display indicates a good result.
3. When installing the lens, leave a gap of at least 1mm around the edges and place a soft pad approximately 2mm thick under the lens. Anti-fog lenses expand slightly when heated; without sufficient space, they are prone to breakage.
4. Do not cut concave corners or square holes in anti-fog lenses, as the lens will expand and break easily when heated.
5. Do not pull the power cord of the anti-fog lens forcefully to avoid damaging the electronic circuit board.
6. Do not cut or drill holes in the anti-fog film yourself, and prevent mechanical damage.
7. Metal-framed anti-fog lenses must be grounded to prevent static electricity buildup.
8. Do not use cement board as the base for anti-fog lenses, as it will cause the mirror to blacken.

Anti-fog mirror installation
1. The installation of anti-fog goggles is similar to that of ordinary waterproof goggles, with the addition of a power cord. The anti-fog membrane's power input does not distinguish between positive and negative terminals; simply connect the power. After installation, the anti-fog goggles will activate their anti-fog effect approximately 3 minutes after power is applied.
2. Junction Box Location: For ease of installation, the power supply and junction box should be installed in the location shown in the diagram.
3. Surface Preparation: The surface for installing the anti-fog goggles must be dry, secure, flat, and free of sharp protrusions. After installation, the power cord may curl around the back of the lens, causing insecure and uneven installation. Therefore, the baseboard in the area shown in the diagram must be removed.
4. The power cord can be routed through the pre-installed conduit. The anti-fog goggles circuit and the front light can be connected in parallel and controlled by a single switch, or a separate switch can be used to control the anti-fog goggles.
5. Anti-fog mirrors will expand slightly when heated. When installing the mirror, there should be a gap of more than 1mm between the mirror and any hard objects (such as tiles, marble, glass mosaics, metal, etc.). Place a soft sheet about 2mm thick under the mirror. If there is no gap, the mirror is prone to breakage.
